Treasurers - Lucy Ellis and Anna Blair Jackson

“Coming into college, some of my favorite people had been Chi Omegas at UT. I was nervous that I would not be able to find a sorority that I loved as much as they did, or meet my best friends like they did. Thank goodness that I was wrong!!! Chi Omega has been the highlight of my college experience. Not because I looked around the room during recruitment as a freshman and realized how much I wanted to grow to be like the seniors standing in the room, and not because it has given me a unique way to serve, although both of those things are true; Chi Omega has been the highlight of my college experience because I can confidently say that it has given me the truest friends I’ve ever known. My high school experience was marked by loneliness and trying to look like I had it all together, so wonderful friends that love me as I am was a huge thing that I prayed for for college. That prayer has been answered so abundantly!

Having the opportunity to serve as one of Pi Chapter’s Treasurers was honestly not something I would have guessed I would be doing if you had asked me at the beginning of college, but I am so grateful to be doing it. Being on the executive board means being surrounded by women who cheer me on and are always there for me, and I could not be more thankful for each of them. I have gotten to work side by side with Anna Blair Jackson which has been such a gift!

“I will always be grateful for its friendships and its inspirations…” Thank you, Chi Omega, for giving me my best friends forever!!!”
